Emergency Fund

The Trustees meet twice a year to approve grant applications, but appreciate there are times when an immediate response is required to meet a specific need.

In order to address this issue, the Secretary has discretion to make small grants of up to £100 in between Trustee meetings.

The fund is only available to individuals living in the Leeds Metropolitan District and to be used to respond to an urgent need. As with the full grants programme, the emergency fund is aimed to pay for items that will bring a significant benefit to an individual's quality of life.
